To get registered or to get a profile code via SMS is very simple, just send your National Identification Number (NIN) by text (SMS) to 55019 for UTME candidates or (NIN) by SMS to 66019.

For all Direct Entry (DE) Candidates who are registering for the 2024 JAMB examination, you can simply register for the JAMB Examination by sending a message with a one-space gap between the word NIN and the number.

How to Achieve this (Examples).

UTME Candidates: if your NIN is  00123456789 all that you have to do, is simply type the word NIN 00123456789 then send it as an SMS to the official JAMB shortcode, 55019. After that, a Profile Code of 10 characters will be sent to the phone number you used in sending the message in the first place.

Direct Entry (DE) Candidates: if your NIN is  00123456789, just type the word NIN 00123456789 then send it as an SMS to the official JAMB shortcode, 66019. STEP 2: When the portal loads up, proceed by Clicking on the Create Account.

STEP 3: When creating an email, note that the board is advising candidates to create an account with a valid email address because all vital information will be sent to the email you provided here. Yahoo emails are not encouraged due to delivery delays.
